Trans mount

Anyone know any good aftermarket transmission mounts? i keep breaking the oe replacement ones and am getting kinda tired of replacing them. Thanks.

Spohn, a board sponsor, or nearly any auto parts store should be able to furnish a poly mount.

energy suspension makes them too i have one and never ripped it yet

Yeah but the Energy Suspension one is not the right height and creates alot of driveline noise... I haven't heard any stories but I always wondered if that could be dangerous?? Like for the front of the driveshaft..?

Though some members have reported problems (IIRC, some shim and some don't, which is the same with the OE version), I run the ES without problems. IMO, the noise is unobtrusive.

What other vendors sell a correct tranny mount? I do mostly all street driving... Rubber might be my best bet but i don't mind some noise, as long as it doesn't mean i'm braking the driveshaft / bellhousing while doing so...
