Ok, taken from many other posts, this is a usual combo for installing: Corvette servo, & the .500 main & .296 intermediate/reverse boost valve, and also some kind of spring?? Well I did the vette servo today and I'm pleased with it, but if there's better performance to be had, I'd like to do it. I just bought this trans used and installed it last week, and unfortunately the previous owner put a B&M shift kit in it. Not sure if it was the cheapo one or the less cheapo one, but will these boost valves interfere w/ the kit? Or can they possibly be in it already from the kit?? I figured out that the .5 boost valve requires removing a snap ring and swapping valves, no drilling right? But if I recall correct, the intermediate valve requires removing the valve body (which i will have no part of lol) What exactly do these 2 valves do? And will the vette servo mess anything up without these valves? One more ?? does anyone know about this possible spring to be replaced? I think I heard of it beofre, not sure. Sorry for all the questions but I'm hoping to finally get my trans set up good so I can enjoy my motor mods done last June. Thanks
Rob

btt
Most shift kits come with the .5 boost valve. Even the b-fix kit has it.
