So I took my car to my mechanic...
He confirmed that there is no air in the clutch system. But for some reason I have to pump it to get in gear. I'm stumped, so is my mechanic. IS my clutch fork bent? how do i tell if it is or not? Can anyone help i havent driven my car in half a year now.

You'll get more responses and ready responses if you post what you need help on in the topic, not a starting sentence to the thread. How can I readily provide information to a topic called 'So I took my car to my mechanic'....
And since you did take it to them and they dont know whats wrong, maybe you should get a new mechanic.
Before posting my response I searched for 5 minutes, why do I need to pump to engage into gear...and this is what I have come to think your problem is...(searching goes along way if you USE it)
Im no clutch guy but it seems like your master cylinder might be leaking inside itself (as you didnt say you have any external leaks) which would cause it to lose pressure once at a certain pressure point. So yes no leaks outside the car but the fluid leaks inside the master not allowing it to hold the fluid pressure, thus keeping you from engaging easily into gear..which is why when you pump it works, because its pumping more and mroe until its enough to engage then it works, but overall it sounds like a Master Cylinder problem...

Sounds like a master or slave cylinder problem. After time the seals on the pistons will wear out. Or the bore will become excessivly worn. After you pump it up how is it? Do you have to pump it each time? Can you idle the engine with the clutch down and shift from 1st to reverse easily?
If you're sure that there isn't any air...I'd replace the master cylinder. They aren't expensive or very hard to replace.
