Cause I'm pissed off at only being able to 1/2 throttle in 4th. Cause I probably could have smoked alot more people on the freeway if I could floor it. So what do i need to buy? I hear I can buy a part out of a Corvette and it will work. THanks.

I don't know about WOT, but Summit does sell a 700r4 kickdown valve that allows you to cruise at higher speeds in OD.

I have the B&M piece, too... easy to install, and works great! The faster you go, the closer the pedal needs to be to the floor to downshift- and it won't kick out at high speeds.

You must have taken off the speed governor. My car hits that thing way before the
tranny kicks back down into third though.

Get the GM b-fix kit, it's cheap, does the same thing and comes with a .500 boost valve and valve body gaskets and a fresh pan gasket.

Just goto a GM parts dealer and order #8673948 or goto http://www.gmpartsdirect.com
