700r4 question

well,
I almost finished my project. I have 87 Camaro lt, mild 305 (i believe apr. 270 hp) and a stock 700r4. This weekend I went out of my garage to tune fuel injection and of course have some fun on stop lights.
During friday and saturday everything was fine. at sunday morning my trany didn't want to shift from 1st to 2nd untill I get 3000-3500 rpm when cold, when it warmed up a little the same problem was 2-3 shift. and then the same 3-4. when egine and tranny warmed up everything was good exept tranny started to slip under wot during 1-2 shift.
at monday morning the problem remained.
Will tv adjusting help a bit or I need to rebuild tranny?

Re: 700r4 question

Tv adjustment first, before you scrap tranny, Do a search for proper procedure for adjustment...

Re: 700r4 question

welcome to america, I mean europe.
late delayed shifts can be caused by the t.v. yes.
slipping is a sign of things to come if it isn't fixed or it's on it's way out.
question/? is there a speed limit there to check things out properly.
