I was wondering what the difference was. I'm planning on going with a 3000 stall speed and have 500 dollars to spend. Tell me what you guys would recommend. I was looking at the B&M Holeshot 3000 but there's a non lock up which is 440$ and theres a lock up whcih is 530$. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest you talk to Dana at Pro Built. I'd think he'd save you from making an expensive mistake, and will recommend a piece that will do exactly what you need it to do.
