T-5 Tranny?

This is a dumb question but i have an 84 firebird with the 4 poper and the t-5 tranny, When i drop the 305 in there can i still use the t-5....?

Sure can.

IIRC, the input shaft is the same. I know the bellhousing bolt pattern is the same on the 4-holer and the V-8 so you should be able to just bolt the 305 in.
