I am thinking about swapping my engine from my 92 RS with a 305 V-8 manual for another engine from this guy. Its a 87 Z-28 with a automatic 350. He is selling for 1,900. Ya I know that sounds too good to be true. All I hear is that the rocker arms and the push rods need to be changed out. Is my tranny the same as the 350? Would I have to worry about changing the gear ratios?

$1,900 for a used engine? For another $300 you can get a decent GM crate engine, 0 miles with a warranty.
