Corvette Servo and .500 Boost Valve Question

Ok, I know that by putting these in my tranny will have some bad effects that come with the good. I just had my tranny rebuilt and I have a tranny cooler. My question is will these 2 mods severly shorten the life of my tranny or will it be ok, I'm not looking for the tranny to last forever, but typically how much wear will these mods have on the tranny?

I cant speak that much for the .500 boost valve, though I've used one in the past with no known negative effects. As for the vette servo, it comes stock in a 700R Corvette tranny so I can't see where it would cause any excessive tranny wear. It will firm up the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts, that I noticed. I wouldn't hesitate due to any fear of tranny harm. One thing to think about, if you had a performance oriented rebuild, the rebuilter may have used vette springs and valves so I would verify that you don't have one already. Hope this helps.
