Rearend swap ?

i have a 91 formula bird and a 86 camaro. i want to put the posi rearend in the camaro from the 91 formula bird. can i do this. i am going to do a complete rearend swap is there any mods or they will be okay to do this? just wondering my camaro is my car i drive and the firebird is for parts that i have been parting out. also note i wondered are the wheels going to be different. i am a running 295 50 15s on my camaro and my firebird has 16inch uknown the size. wondering if my tires will bolt up to the new rearend if i do the swap or not? are i know the fox bodies are the same but are they the same for the tires. b/c i want to keep my wheels on my rearend on my camaro just swapping out the rearend to posi. any input much appreciated thanks my fellow bird and camaro friends.

Yes, the swap is straightforward. Check the following link for more info:

Is the rear end from the 91 disc or drum? Consider e-brake and speedo gears.

Wheels themselves will bolt up, but I'm unsure about the tires sizes.

If the 91 rear has brake lines, Berlin has what he needs, disc or drum.
