Tranny Swap
Tranny Swap
I just did the tranny swap auto to 5spd. I started it up in neutral and won't go in gear. The clutch pedal goes to the floor with no pressure. The slave cylinder moves about a inch. Did i mess up installing the throw out bearing or is there something else i messed up.

From what I'm reading it sounds like there's a missing link in the mechanical part of the equation. It sounds like you're on the right track about messing up the installation concerning the throwout bearing. If it visually looks like the hydraulic setup is functioning properly (like you've described) I'd say you've got a mechanical problem. Try looking at the throwout bearing while somebody pushes on the clutch pedal. go from there.
hope that helps
