Bad ViBrAtIoNs!!!!!!!!

i just recently completed the 700r to T-5 swap. Im using the lakewood shatterproof bell, 11" clutch, and a T-5 out of an 87 camaro, i am now experiencing some quite heavy vibrations whenever i try to stand on it, and at highway speeds. Im also using the automatic driveshaft, is that ok???? I also noticed that there was a weight mounted on the tailstock of the tranny, bolted up at the torque arm mount, on the donor car. What is this?? do i need to put it back on to stop the vibrations???

Put the weight back on. It's a vibration dampener.
