Pro-Built - Question about TransGo kits....

What differences are there between the Correction Kit and the Reprogram Kit? I know the Performance kit includes a video, a servo, and boost valves, but is there anything else? What does the reprogram kit have to allow full manual that the correction kit doesn't have?

Thanks a million in advance....you've been more than helpful on answering all my moronic questions on this board....i definietly owe you a few beers

------------------
IROC + Paxton = fast
GT + Eaton = GTP = fast

From a quick look at my instructions for the 700-2&3 it looks like the full manual installation involves plugging 2 holes and drilling 2 extra holes in the VB, and installing the governor spring in a different way.

The Trans-Go Performance Shift gives you a new 3-2 valve (1) allows faster 3-2 downshifts by allowing oil to exhaust from the 3rd clutch pack quicker (2) eliminates most of the 2-3 & 3-2 tieup (prevalent in stock applications) (3) has further modifications done to the valve body plate to give the ability to hold any gear to any rpm (4)new TV system that will not stick, etc. I do not recommend the manual setup, to many problems can occur. All my builds are full automatic, you stiil have the ability to hold any gear as stated sbove. There are two different kits available one with video (Summit) and the one that I carry without video. Mine has the Corvette servo with Viton sealing rings, both boost valves, and Performance Shift kit. It sells for $125.00. If I can be of help let me know.
