Sorry, is it possible to change OD gear on 700R4?

3.73 has nothing to do with overdrive. That's the gear ratio in the rear end. It has no effect on the trans, or vice-versa.
AFAIK you cannot change the OD in a 700; there is only one choice available, which is something like .67 or .69 to 1.
TH400 has no OD.
