I have a th400 tranny and I'm not sure how to correctly hook up my b and m ratchet shift to it. I have it right now hooked to one of the bolts on the tranny pan but its really hard to shift and I can't manually shift it to 2nd or 1st so I was wandering how or better yet where to place the shift bracket, does it hook up to the car frame or the tranny. Any advice would be great thanks.

 

No body have this problem, I've tried calling summit but it's always busy.
