Shifting problems

I've got a 92 firebird with 700r4 tranny. here recently it's been taking longer to shift from gear to gear (higher rpm's). Now it's to the point that I it needs almost 400 rpm's to shift no matter how much or little gas you give it!!! Anyone have a clue as to what the problem might be? Any advice would be greatly appriciated!!!

Re: Shifting problems

What is the condition of the fluid? Is the fluid level correct? Have you checked the TV cable to see if is adjusted correctly?
