Difference on TCC lock-up system?

Just curious...

Is there any difference on the TCC lokcup system on 87 models?

I have a 87 Camaro was stock 305 computer controlled carb engine.

I have finished my TPI swap on the engine and have some prolems with the lock-up. The TCC connector and the cable colors are the same on both TPI and carb wiring harness...

I am just curious if this could have something to do with my lock-up problems...

I am having a big problem at low RPM's in drive and over drive.
When RPM on the car reaches about 1000RPM and the car is about to shift from 4th to 3rd the car is almost jumping from 750RPM to 1200RPM..
The car continue this shaking until i hit the brake pedal or give a little throttle.

Could this be something with the solenoid that is not working?..Or mayby the ECM?...

I tried to test my TCC connector today and when ignition key turned to ON, I got 12V on all three wires. The wires are one purple, one blue and one tan/blk.

When I ground ALDL connector terminal A and F I got 12volts on 2 of the wires except the tan/blk wire wich is grounded. Got zero volts on that one.
