Replacement clutch parts

I have an 83Z with a 5-speed, so it has the mechanical clutch assembly. Part of the assembly broke the other day when I hit the pedal. The shaft that pivots when the clutch is pressed is still bolted to the block, but the other end has come out. I was just wondering what parts I needed to fix this. Do I have to replace the whole peace, or is it just some sort of a ball stud?

My guess is that the nut on the pivot ball on the frame end of your Z-bar became loose enough that the end of the pivot came out of its slot. I have also heard of the Z-bar levers breaking off.

Is it possible to buy a replacement ball stud from any auto parts store? I pulled off the Z-bar and found that the ball stud had snapped.
