got the auto trans out only to figure out my sb chevy flywheel bolt pattern to the crank is larger the t5 came out of a 85 trans am with a carb 305 going into a tpi 305 can anyone help?

 

i have got no reply on this thread but i did some research of my own heres what i have found out the trans am i got the flywheel and tranny from is an 85 the trans am im putting it in is an 87 in 1986 they made a change to the rear main seal it went from a 2 peice to a 1 peice seal therefor making a change to the bolt pattern on the back of the crank the 87 is smaller than the 85 in diameter

 

what im thinking of doing is swapin out my 700R4 to a t-5.

what kinda work is involved in doing this swap...the t-5 is out of a S-10...would i be able to use pedels and master cylinder from the s-10?
