Still working out all the bugs my car has for sitting for 4 years, i finally have made some progress with the engine, and now when i start it up and let it sit in park for a minute or two, i start to see smoke coming out of the dipstick tube.
Didnt notice this before i adjusted the timing or poured SeaFoam down the Brake Booster Vacuum Line.

what transmission do you have. a 700r4? If so it isn't connected to the intake at all. Smoke from the dipstick would mean possibly overheating the transmission. Careful with the stick out while running because it can burp from the tube and hit the exhaust and catch your whole car on fire.
overheating within just 2 minutes?
and yeah 700r4
will have to follow vacuum diagrams and see whats supposed to be connected where

fluid level check in this situation is key. should be at top of full line while running in park. hope that helps. NOTE:transmissions take atf not sea foam )_wtf is that stuff?
i know, put SeaFoam down brake booster line that goes into engine, no where near transmission. SeaFoam is a Fuel Injector Cleaner, Fuel Stabilizer, Water Remover, Carbon Removing liquid all in one, also can use in oil as motor flush, put it down the brake booster vacuum line and it helps get rid of carbon build ups. very good stuff try it some time.
If you have a 2 cycle motor running a little rough, take off the air cleaner, pour some down the throttle body, then go full throttle and notice the response
Fluid level is good and clean. starting to think i am having vacuum line problems throughout the engine.

update on this
Figured out it only smokes when in park, does not do it in drive, reverse, or neutral
Called up the local transmission shop and they think it is the clutch packs are dragging, they recommended a rebuild....
