T-56 pressure plate to flywheel bolt torque
I've read the torque to be anywhere from 22-52 ft/lbs? Someone have an answer? When taking apart the old PP/FW it felt more like 22 ft/lbs.

gm recommends a weird way to torque them not sure the exact torque but after you get the spec u need to turn them a 1/3 more after the torque really weird i think i just torqued them to 40 but DON'T hold me to it
Re: T-56 pressure plate to flywheel bolt torque
this is funny i just went through it myself 2 weeks ago and put my car together today i guessed it out at 35 ft pounds and broke 1 bolt streched 5 it took me two weeks to ge new bolts dont break one there are only 24 left in the country its actually 11 pounds and then 1/3 turn from what i read of course i dont have a torque wrench that goes that low so i just did it by feel and used some blue lock tight jic i feel better seeing this post
