Which auto shifter???

I'm looking at some new auto shifters and I found 2 that really appeal to me. One is the B&M Megashifter, it's got a nice manual look to it and it's not that expensive. Then I saw a Hurst one, I think it was like 10$ more. Does anyone here have an aftermarket auto shifter they can recomend? How hard are they to put in???

I have the Hurst Quarter Stick for a Turbo 400.It's easy to shift and has reverse lock-out and they make it for the TH700 R-4 too.It is a little pricey though, about $200.The installation was easy.

I have the B&M Megashifter, and it does fit the 700R4. I like the shifter,it looks good and works good. The only complaint I have with it is the Sh!tty cable that B&M supplies you with to use with it. The case of the cable always gets brittle and cracks. I have heard of some people using the stock cable on the Megashifter, but I have never tryed it. The install is pretty strait forward and easy.

BTW, I hope I don't get flammed for this, but does anyone happen to know where I could get a short throw shifter for a '95 F150 5 speed manual? I'd really like to get my dad one but I can't really find any that I'm positive will fit. I found this Hurst one, but it's just a new stick. *puts on a flame retardant suit*
