How much more does a 2004-R weigh than a TH-350?

Just like the question asked, how much of a difference is there? Reason is, when I put my aluminum heads on, I was curious if the weight of the 2004-R that will replace my TH-350 will overcome the weight loss of the aluminum heads. Any insight would be great.
Thanks guys.
