Rear end swap

Would a drum rear end be a direct replacement for one with disc? Im guessing it'll bolt right up but, what about brake lines and the parking brake?

it will bolt in but you will need to run new lines, e-brake cables, swap out the master, and propotioning valve, in other words find another disc axle

Most of the axles I have seen from the boneyard, or classifieds have the brakelines already on them. You will need e-brake cables though and another prop valve.

I swapped a 9 bolt disc rear from a 10 bolt peg-leg. I had to change the lines just because later models have metric fittings. The e-brake is set up the exact same, I just had to adust it.
