t5 Strong enough?

I am planning to change my 305 tpi to a 350 carbuerated, stock i have 190 hp and 290 lbs of torque, with the more beefy 350, i will have around 330 hp and 380 lbs of torque. Will my t5 5 speed tranny be able to withstand that, as well as the stock 3.23 rear end?????

Re: t5 Strong enough?

it all depends on how you drive it. If you give it hell all the time no. If you take it to the strip and put sticky tires on it, once again it won't last long. But being a daily driver and being reasonable on the streets, it can last awhile
