Well I cant find the correct tq arm mount i did find this however.
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BM...9/?image=large it looks like it would work it says it works in the 200c at first then says 2004r which confused me since i dont want to spend 100$ on a thing that doesnt work.

Currently i have a 200c transmission in and am wondering what is the correct torque arm mount i will need to put in a th350

Thats the right one. You shouldnt need that piece for the cross member because I think the trans are the same length and your cross member is fine. Not quite sure how that piece for it would work either.

I have that B&M kit, makes for a good pain in the rear in terms of the speedo housing that uses a a hold down clamp, not a lot of fun to remove & replace. If there were length problems with a torque arm, my suggestion would be to fab up a mount and weld it to the tranny crossmember/trans tunnel.
