Im about to embark on the t56 swap and will need to get rid of my 700r4. It has a shift kit and a brand new 1800 stall converter, but my 383 still destroyted it within a few hundred miles.. how much is it worth? Thanks guys.

I recycled 3 junk 700R4's, a stack of radiator cores, and A/C parts a few years ago. Unless you find someone that really wants a core, they're only worth scrap aluminum prices. Since they're full of fluid and non aluminum components they fall under the "dirty aluminum" classification, therefore less money. The prices vary, so to get the answer you need to weigh what you've got and call your local recycling center.
