T5 - won't shift into 2nd, 4th, or Reverse - HELP

So I took my 85 Camaro out for the summer as of yesterday, it's my first car and my first time learning stick. I drove around fine, had no issues, was loving my car and trying to practice and then I ran into an issue. During my drive at one point I couldn't get the car into 4th gear. It only happened once and I drove for probably 2 hours more but then my brother got off work, who is very good at stick, and he was ripping it around for a good hour or 2, all was good, and then a little later the problem came back with a vengeance.

It started with him having issues getting it into 4th sometimes, and then 2nd was having issues and then we pulled in somewhere random, stopped the car, turned it on, tried to reverse out and reverse didn't even work. At first he really had to try to get it into all the bottom gears (2,4,R) but now it refuses to go in while the cars on or off. So if I want to go driving I can only use 1st, 3rd, and 5th (they all work perfect too). Is my transmission dead? (My car has 260 000KM) Or would I just have to bleed the clutch? I really need to get this working again quick. I hope I don't need a new transmission or rebuild.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice, it would be much appreciated.

Pop off the shifter console cover and see if you have an aftermarket shifter with limiter-screws on it. It sounds like your back shifter screw has come loose and wiggled forward, blocking engagement.
