This is my oil pump internals when i pulled it out of my tranny. This is a 700r4 pump i think its a 10 vane pump but will look into it more.

Would any of you reuse the pump case looking at the carnage? The case had some small scratches but nothing real bad.

Any ideas of what could have caused this?

EDIT: Forgot to mention the part that holds the vanes is in about 7 pieces
