I had a stock 87 Camaro with the 305 in it a couple years ago. Since then I parted the car out, but still have the trans and was wondering what it is. I believe it's a 700r4, but what other auto trans were offered in 87?

I cant believe nobody has replied to this thread. One minute would not hurt anyone to answer this guys question. If its a auto, then its a 700R4 with the upgraded auxillary valve body. https://www.thirdgen.org/replace-700...c-transmission. I think there was a 5 speed standard available. But if anyone cares, they can answer.
