would it fit?

My 700R4 trans just died on my 90 Camaro RS and me and the garage are searching for a new trans to stick in. What im wondering is would a trans from a Iroc fit in? i didnt look it up lolool but im figuring they use the same trans so. because if so that would save me money

And the new trans needs to come from a 82-92 Camaro or Firebird, because of the torque arm mount on the tranny. And yeah....The IROC one will fit, if you have a V8.

Other 700R4s could be used, but the tailhousing would need to be changed out for the F-body piece with the torque arm mount on it.
