I have a chance to buy a t5 from a 85 camaro with a 2.8 and I was wondering if that would go on my 350 with out modifications? Thanks!!!!

No, the bellhousing is a completely different shape, and it has less splines on the shaft than the V8 version of the T5.

Even if you did bolt it up with a custom clutch and V8 bellhousing, it'd be a non-World Class T5 with V6 gearing which would make it less tolerant of abuse. In other words, it's a waste of time and money.
