If the oil hasn't been changed in a while then change it and use a bottle of the GM oil additive. If the oil is fresh then put in a bottle of the GM oil additive.

I put the additive from kragen in there.it's called sta lube or something.it sais it's for limited slip and posi.u think it makes a difference from the oem brand.and is 80 90 gear oil ok.I mean that's what I used when I put the rear end in te car? O yeah I found a couple teeth, like 3 when I changed the oil.I was thinking I might b one of the taperd bearings on the axle shaft I jus haven't been able to take it out yet

The GM and Ford additives are the only ones that I have seen that actually work. The other stuff usually doesn't work. If you found teeth in the rear end then you have bigger problems.

So r u saying the rear end will b popping and vibrating if I don't use the Gm name brand additive.the kragen additive doesn't work. And Is there is a possibility that the taperd bearing inside on the axle shaft right by the wheel could make it do that

The bearing could do that, but almost every time someone asks this question it is because of the oil additive. Use the GM or Ford additive and your problem will most likely go away after a day or two.

I'm not sure if I bent that long bar connected to it because when I put the rear end back on the car it was hell lining up that bar to screw those bolts in behind the wheel well, that skinny bar that runs along the rear end.u think I should change that bar.I already changed the shaft and the wheel bearing and the car turns hella hard to the left now.it didn't do that before, the rear end kinda moves like it shifts or sways and then pops
