Re: clutch question.. immediate attention.may need to return

the clutch should not be covering the pressure plate to flywheel mounting bolts, I think you have an issue on your hand.
I can pull a stock clutch off my shelf on friday and take measurements for you if you like.

Definitely not a correctly matched set. Send it back.

On a lighter note, is that the disc needed to help the numerous "how do I use a V6 T5 behind a V8" thread starters?

Looks like you got an 11" clutch disk with a 10.5" pressure plate. You need the matching 10.5" clutch disk.

hope this helps, typical installed set, what it should look like, and 10.5" length.

Re: clutch question.. immediate attention.may need to return

You def dont have a matched set there.

I have a quick question i hope can be answered, can you run the 14" 168 tooth flywheel and 11" clutch inside the stock third gen T5 bellhousing? Is there enough clearance? Im swapping in a stock TBI 350 into my 93 S10 and want to keep my stock WC T5 using the astro van 11" clutch and a third gen T5 bellhousing.

Thanks for the help, its greatly appreciated.
