changing clutch and swaping tranny (diff car)

Engine: 5.0/5.7/2.8
Transmission: 5 spd in two stock auto in other tw
Axle/Gears: stock
changing clutch and swaping tranny (diff car)
Need advice on a play by play or some advice on where to start when removing the transmission and also the clutch I'm geussing its 2 in the same job.
So my 88 iroc convertable needs a transmission
And my 89 rs convertable needs a clutch
