clutch pedal question

On my old auto brake pedal there were two sensors or switches. Which one is for the brake lights? I'm doing a manual swap and I want to just hook up the clutch depress switch and the brake lights will that work?

Re: clutch pedal question

The long, skinny, cylindrical one is for the brake lights. The other one is for the cruise control if I had to guess.

If you want the clutch switch to work you have to wire it into the automatics neutral safety switch located in the shifter area of the center console.

Re: clutch pedal question

Both switches were squareish so I'll just put the old switches on the new brake pedal and then I'm just going to wire the safety switch wires together
