Clutch Question
The previous driver (the previous owners son) of my camaro is pretty rough on his cars I think it might be a good idea for me to replace the clutch in my camaro. I not 100% certain yet but I think the pressure plate might be messed up. I was wondering if there is a clutch available that doesn't require a lot of pedal force to disengage the clutch. The one in my camaro feels worse than the clutch I had in my diesel burb and the Burb had a 12" clutch...that was quite the workout in stop & go traffic. I'm hoping to find one that's a little easier than that if possible. A friend of mine recommended a few brands, but I can't remember them. The only one I do remember was Centerforce and I remember he was saying the type of clutch I'm wanting is not cheap. I'm willing to pay a little extra if it will make life a little less painful on my joints. For now my car will have the stock linkage, but I do have plans to convert to a hydraulic clutch. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
