Transpak kit/shift improver......
Under product line it lists these. What is the difference between the two? Both say shift kits and Transpak on the box in the pic.

X2 for the transgo. The cheap B&M kit simply gives you spacers to block the travel of the 1-2 and 3-4 accumulators, along with a stiffer pressure regulator spring,a couple shift valve springs, and tells you to drill out a couple shift feed passages in the separator plate. It includes nothing for the 2-3 shift, it will not make it shift into 3rd any harder. For that, the transgo kit includes a stiffer spring that installs in the servo, which is where the 2-3 accumulator spring it located. It also retains accumulation for the 1-2 which in my opinion is the better way to do it than simply jamming the piston from moving at all. Plus the transgo kit comes with a bigger boost valve, and reverse boost valve which are nice to have as well. Give Dana a call or check out his website. www.700r4l60e.com I'm building a 700r4 with one of his rebuild kits right now, he's a good guy to deal with.
