I have an 89 RS with the tpi iroc engine dropped in, with a posi rear end and im wanting to change the transmission from an automatic to a manual. what woud be the cheapest and easiest way to do it? besides a clutch, a new center console and stick what am i gonna need? and is it even possble to do without cutting and or fabricating? ive heard the posi will where out with a stick shift and the 5.7 iroc. is that true?

 

you wont need a new console for sure but there are alot of thread talking about this look up top of all the thread on here and youll see the thread for T56 swap
