Re: G-Force T5 Case
Just talked to Gforce, the case is made for ford or gm you have to tell them which you want. Also should get the main cluster support Part #gft5026. I'm getting this setup for my t5 swap.

Re: G-Force T5 Case
My t5 is a wc from 88 camaro. Put together all your questions on paper and call gforce. They are great to talk to. They put me through to their t5 guy in the shop. He builds their units. He answered all my questions with stright clear answers. I know there are many different things between wc and nwc units. Bearings, gears, shafts and so on. Why take a change, make sure your getting answers that are right. I'm not saying people on are not giving you good advice, just play it safe. Have the trans number also. There is a lot of money being spent, you don't want to buy parts and they won't work or fit your trans. If you google t5 rebuild kits you will see the differences between wc and nwc kits. Make the call, you will have peace of mind.

Re: G-Force T5 Case
Case $350, shaft support $100. I got a great deal on gforce gears from guy who was really in a bind for money $200. The full rebuild kit and rebuild $250.00. The guy is a good friend at trany shop and I take care of his computers and Video Surveillance stuff. So $900 total. My car has 460 HP 556 torque. I do beat the thing when I drive it. Now that I know it wont blowup another 700r.It was a little hard to shift at first, but after 250 miles it is smooth as butter. I really wanted a 6 speed put the cost was just toooo much with my setup. I went from auto as I said, this complete setup cost me $1800, I had to buy everything for the conversion.
