Car: 1989 Formula Firebird

Engine: Swapped 350 TPI speed density

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 2.73 (soon to be 3.42)

700R4 tranny swap Help!!!

I have a 91 camaro RS with a 305 tbi and a 700R4 tranny with 170XXX miles on it so the tranny is alil weak the torque convertor is dieing so i am going to to replace the whole tranny will any 2WD 700R4 fit into it without modification? What other trannys will direcly bolt up wilth no major modifications?
