tranny grinds

Ive got a th350, ran good when i pulled it out of my old firebird, 4 years later stuck it in a camaro, now it grinds when i shift under hard throttle. Started behind a decent 400 has a shift kit with 2400 stall, now sits behind a almost stock 360 with a 1800stall.

Re: tranny grinds

That's a hard one I don't know but could the linkage need to be adjusted maybe it is holding it between gears just throwing an idea out there.

Re: tranny grinds

I dont have the kickdown cable hooked up, would that make it goofy? Cable on the trans is good. It shifts good still churps tires into second, just grinds slightly.
