Manual Control AND Auto Shifts?

Manual Control AND Auto Shifts?
Does anyone make a valve body kit, etc. for a 700R4 that will allow full manual control (upshift and downshift) that will still allow automatic shifts in Drive?
It's hard to tell from the descriptions on manufacturer's web sites if their kits function this way. I think the B&M Transpak will do this, but everyone seems to poo-poo B&M stuff.
Seems that TransGo and TCI are the kits to install.

I've used B&M kits several times, never any problems of any sort. I've also used TCI, no complaint, but no better than B&M, either. Trans-Go looks way overpriced, considering how well the B&M kits met my expectations.
