Carbon Composite or Organic Clutch Disc?

I'm looking to possibly change out my clutch disc and throwout bearing since I have my trans out of the car for something else anyway. The disc I currently have is about half worn. I have a Centerforce pressure plate and disc currently.

I notice 2 types of clutch discs are available from Centerforce. Which one would be better, or are the two about the same? I want one that will definately not slip and will last. Is there any advantage that one has over the other??
