I have searched other posts and nothing seems to duplicate my issues. The trans shifts just fine under normal driving, but if I get on it from a stop it seems to slip bad and when it shifts into 2nd I feel a shudder like driving over a rumble strip. Is it gone or can the TV cable adjustment help? The worst part is I bought it with a bad engine and didnt know the transmission condition, so I should have rebuilt it when it was out of the car. When I had it out I replaced fluid and new filter and the old fluid looked good and smelled just fine with very little debris in the pan. The transmission had writing on it that said it had been overhauled in '96 which I think was about 50,000 miles ago. Also the wiring has been disconnected and the trans was marked with a paint stick that it was hyd lock. Any thoughts?
