700r4 shift problem
ok so my 1988 formula 350 had a burnt out first gear in the tranny and i had to have the trans replaced with a already rebuilt one, and as soon as i got it back it was shifting very hard into 2nd gear almost felt like i had a broken trans mount so i took it back and it seems they fixed the problem (they said somthing was too tight) but the car does not perform the same as it used to before the trans burnt up! i used to be able to spool up almost 5K easily in any gear it was alot fun had plenty of power and really nice get up and go but now the engine cant even spool up past 3K rpm with this crappy rebuilt trans even if the damn pedel is hitting the floor im very unhappy with how this turned out and i wanna go back to the performace i had. i was looking around and im interest in a corvette servo. any info or help suggestions will be very appriecated. thanks for looking!
