I HAD ONE DO THAT . IT SHOOK THE PUMP TO DEATH. DESTROYED 700R4. HAD TO REBUILD EVERYTHING.

IT WAS A STOCK TORQUE CONVERTER THAT CAME FROM THE FACTORY. THE OWNER OF THE CAR BEFORE ME HAD ABANDONED THE CAR IN A PARKING LOT WITH A FAILED TRANSMISSION AND REAR END.

You should definitely call them. Hughes is a top rated company here on the forum. I would be very surprised if they didn't help you out. I'm not an expert on torque converters, but that looks like a bad weld. Even the best companies miss once in a while.

Lol What?? If there is a speedbump that can manage to get past your oil pan, tranny pan, and main engine cradle, then manage to hit the torque converter in the EXACT same spot as the weight, thats soooome speedbump.
