Hydraulic mc will require a stud on the clutch pedal to attach to. Your pedal doesn't have this stud, it has a hole where your rod to the bellcrank attaches. Unfortunately the hole and the stud are not in the same place so you can't just stick a stud in your existing hole. Sure you could weld a stud on where you 'think' it needs to be. There is also the issue of the pedal support rods that your pedals do not have. These rods are VERY important for the hydraulic pedals to hold your mc to the firewall and strengthen that framework. WAY easier to just replace the pedels.

I did the same upgrade on my 82 Trans Am 2 years ago. The car had the BW ST10 with mechanical clutch. Hated it. Everytime i pressed the clutch in, it felt different. When it was a daily driver back in the 90's, i probably lost about 10 years of health in that knee while driving to work in traffic. As i saved for my T56 upgrade, I installed T5 pedals, a Ram adjustable master cylinder and, to continue using the car before i can get a T56, a Ram hydraulic throw out bearing 'concentric bearing' that worked with my BW ST10. WOW was it fantastic, loved it. Easy on the knee, always felt exactly the same as the last press. I've now upgraded to a T56 and as planned, my pedals and mc setup work perfectly with that as well.
