Hard banging 1st to 2nd shift? but the rest are normal ?

Car: 1984 Chevy Camaro
Engine: 305
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 7.5in 10 bolt with 3.08
Hard banging 1st to 2nd shift? but the rest are normal ?
700r4 shifts real hard into 2nd gear but the 2-3 and 3-4 are good. i adjusted the TV cable and no matter how i set it it has a hard 1st shift. I dont know if that will cause a problem? Its not like break your neck hard but you can still feel it.
right now the car shifts like this
at half throttle 1st-2nd at 15mph exactly
than into 3 at exactly 25mph
3-4 at 35-45mph depending on how much gas im giving it.
Just curious if this is gonna cause any problems and if my shift points are ok?
