T-5 Shifter flappiness
When I accelerate, the shifter bounces up and down. Also, while in gear, the shifter can move from side to side almost like it's in neutral. Would a new shifter fix these problems? I bought a tranny mount and I'm hoping I have the time to throw it in tonight to see if it fixes the bouncing.

The mount should cure the issue. If you purchased poly, check the following link:

This is the mount I picked up. It says it's for an automatic but the guy at O'Reilly's assured me it would work.
